(LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA) Intrepid Digital (www.intrepidonline.com) is happy to announce they’ve hired Jayme Hoy as Director, Performance Marketing. Hoy will oversee the performance marketing team in handling Intrepid’s growing roster of global enterprise-level companies.

Hoy earned her BS in Business and Marketing from Miami University, as well as an MBA/MS from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago. She brings over 12 years of experience in digital advertising, including 3 years at Publicis where she grew multiple Fortune 100 brands, and 8 years at Wpromote, where she lead the Paid Search practice for 3 years. In that role she gained significant experience developing infrastructure, processes, and protocols that lead to improved client delivery across 250+ clients.
At Intrepid, she works with clients such as 50Floor, Amerivet, and Hydration Room, overseeing their paid media strategy, managing multi-million dollar budgets, guiding financial and performance reporting, and handling media measurement. She also plays a vital role in leveraging AI tools, participating in new business pitches, and “future proofing” the agency by keeping an eye on industry trends.
