How to Use Bulk ChatGPT:

Follow these steps to start using CSV files for mass ChatGPT prompts.

  1. Prepare Your CSV File.
    1. Ensure your file is in CSV format (.csv) and has no more than 1,000 rows.
    2. Each row should contain structured input data with clearly defined column names.
  2. Launch Bulk ChatGPT.
  3. Enter Your OpenAI API Key.
  4. Upload Your CSV File.

The app will automatically read and display the column names.

  1. Optional: Assign a variable name to each column. These will be used in the prompts.
  2. Customize the System Prompt: Define the behavior of ChatGPT (e.g., “You are a helpful assistant”).
  3. Customize the User Prompt: Format how each row’s data is inserted into the prompt (e.g., “Rewrite the following sentence: {text}”).
  4. Click the Generate Responses button.

The app will process each row in the CSV. Once processing is complete, a Download as CSV button will appear.

  1. Click the Download button. The CSV file will be saved to your computer as merged.csv.
